Same. This was a rental. I was so glad to be out of it.

I was getting real pissed that I had to basically fight the car to not get us killed because the road narrowed randomly on tight turns or such.

Dude. I drove one over the summer in CO and the lane assist MULTIPLE TIMES stiffened the wheel enough on canyon road in Boulder that we went over the center line.

It was my first time ever having that shit and I fucked hated it. It seems like it DEFINITELY was not made to understand whackier roads.

Im reasonably sure the change to MP having to "generate" in TA2 was SOLELY because of double-cast summoner, lol.

Just went back and played through it again two years back. Assassin with dual-cast Summoner as secondary job is a broken as when I was a kid, haha.

Absolutely second (third?) The Golden Sun games.

These are amazing stand out games for the GBA cartridges. Supremely good games. I don't recall the DS one so well, but the GBA ones are timeless.

If they still make galaxy tabs, those were aforable back when I got mine in 2022, and is my "browser and videos in bed" player of choice.

Yeah... when I was going for my "modern muscle car" after losing out on the only affordable 70 cuda I'd seen in years it was quite annoying even back then; the features in even 2018 versions of everything outside Dodge was ludicrous.

(Stellantis is absolute garbage btw, don't buy squat from them)

I have always heard the same people (same car circle pals who are far more in the know) say good things about the 4-runners AS LONG as they aren't newer models with those problem engines.

That seems a solid angle to take for that criteria!

As far as I'm aware, Toyota is considered by car pals as the last bastion of "Not overpriced garbage that will fall apart in under 1-2 years"

Even then, they've had notorious engine stuff shattering their pristine image in recent years with their turbo'd trucks.

Seemingly, it's them or "junk."
