I’m gonna say now that I’m now going to be focusing on getting a muscle gut build! A tad bit more focus on muscle since I want to be careful, being diabetic and all!

Any shake recipes y'all suggest? Or just tips on how to pack in the calories without making myself sick? I've tried stuffing myself for 3 meals of the day, but that seems to make me crash??? I don't know if I'm just not doing something right or?mmm
