For those new followers, there have been a lot this week

10yrs I've been taking my 18yo son to bike races, this is the first time I've refused. Why? The last race, National CX, was the last straw, F*ck, Pr*ck, C*nt were all used by the ungrateful sod as we prepared for the races over the last couple of years, and I've had enough.

I'm going to the O2 tonight to watch Halestorm. Realised I also have a free afternoon so I might as well make a day of it. Need some suggestions of things to do before the gig.

The lad decided to do some CX training ahead of the national trophy this weekend. The green field he picked was the local cricket pitch outfield.

Thankfully, Not much need to report bad driving lately but this one is going straight to the Met.

It's not particularly busy in the bike fixing world at the moment. However I've had to turn down three jobs recently because they were conversations. Even if they were legal (!), I have to certify that the changes are safe if I work on it in any way.

I'm all for choice when it comes to helmets and riding bikes. But if you're a teenage boy and you're riding down red runs at @swinleymtb that choice should be clear!
