U.S. Congress members are paid $174.000 per annum.
A Danish parliament member is paid $109.185 per annum.

Yet Denmark is reported to be one of the least, if not THE least, corrupt Governmental bodies in the world.
It ain't a salary issue, it is a moral issue.

I hear you and see you.
I agree, that the US contribution to the Western Front has saved so many lives and for sure changed the aftermath of the war. With the US, the Soviets would most likely have taken claim to much MUCH more of Europe and that would have been a bad time for sure.

Sure, but I would still say we are far from the realm of "US saved EU" and I feel I acknowledge that without the Western front, the war would have been much longer and bloodier. But things were up to the day of D-Day, Germany were on a losing track.

But the time of D-day started, the Soviets had already kicked the Nazis outta Russia and pushed well into Poland and Romania. The Nazi started a modest program on reactor development and by 1945 they ALMOST had a prototype for such. There is no indication that the Nazis were close to any bombs.

I don't undermine the efforts the US made during ww2, but without US involvement, Nazi Germany would still lose, just with more Soviet and British casualties, with the war taking a couple of more years and the Soviets most likely taking a larger slice of Europe in the end.

The U.S. contribution to the war effort was immense, but US didn't "save Europe's ass", it was a combined effort of all Allies and by the time US made landfall in Europe, Germany had already been losing the war on the eastern front for 3 years, bc of Germany was lacking oil to keep the war going.

I hate sounding like an elitist prick, whenever I say I want my games to be harder, but again another great game franchise I love (Monster Hunter), has gotten increasingly easier over the years and Wilds, as amazing as it can be, still falls flat for me because I had no challenge thru out the game.
