Preheat 375°F. Mix ½c coconut oil, 1¼c brown sugar, 2t vanilla, ¼c each coconut milk & applesauce. Combine 2⅓c flour, 1t baking soda, ½t salt; mix into wet. Fold in 1¾c choc chips. Scoop 3T dough; bake 9-10min. Top with chips & salt. Cool 15min. Adjust dough with flour/milk if needed.
