I wonder how many other hospitals are complying that haven’t been publicized yet. I know Harvard folded because my friend (who is 18) just got cut off from his T, but I haven’t heard a peep publicly about it. I’m worried about my care as I get it through a major children’s hospital. Appt next week

It depends on the state, but birth certificate is often changed post transition. My state (CA) seals your old one and allows you to have an X on your birth certificate. You don‘t necessarily need your birth certificate to get a passport, just proof of citizenship.
