Dying cobblestones red does pretty decent for blood btw. I suggested it and a guildie tried it out and did way better than I could have.

I've figured out the crux of this issue I think. The Amani women with the Orc model lack the elongated, balanced feet/toes that the rest of the Trolls have. Combined with their larger, more robust physique it makes them look like they have chicken feet.
