I love being an educator, but the weeks before break can be tricky. I’m being real intentional about the energy I take in. The teachers lounge may not be the place for encouragement, so I may spend more time walking outside during recess; finding joy wherever I can. #scchat #edusky

It is known that (peri)menopause can make things like ADHD so much worse that middle-aged people finally get diagnosed then, after a lifetime of hearing, "try harder."
I don't think it is a type of neurodivergence in itself.
