I’m so done with 2025 that I can’t even stay up until it’s over
December 31, 2025 at 10:58 PM

December 21, 2025 at 3:04 PM
gone to the beach hut for the winter solstice sunset but as it’s grey and foggy it’s not really much of a spectacle
December 21, 2025 at 2:59 PM

December 14, 2025 at 7:48 PM
First use of the new walk-in shower it has taken me six months to install (there are reasons) - bliss!

September 7, 2025 at 6:57 PM

September 3, 2025 at 7:14 PM
my parents always claimed they had seen the filming of the big parachuting into the sea scene in Thunderball when they lived in Miami. this was a little bit like that, only without sharks
September 1, 2025 at 8:17 PM
the logistical hitch for the marines was that their boats got towed out by tractors and there were only two tractors and six boats and two jet skis. last boat only just out and jet skis still waiting
September 1, 2025 at 7:13 PM
they are landing on the beach at Fraisethope!
September 1, 2025 at 6:44 PM

September 1, 2025 at 6:24 PM
plane came round and dropped another 4 chutes - definitely people this time
September 1, 2025 at 6:19 PM
might have been kit as there are ribs or jet skis out gathering them. exercise?
September 1, 2025 at 6:06 PM
RAF have just dropped four parachutists over the sea in our bay - wtf?
September 1, 2025 at 6:04 PM

August 29, 2025 at 6:17 PM
dolphins in the bay. it’s been a while since they deigned to grace us here
August 26, 2025 at 6:45 PM
