It behooves us to highlight some of these projects and tell their story. Then engage with some of these developers, to learn how to go about it and show others.

Developers can push for sustainable transpo as an amenity for their customers. Many of the bike paths in Orange County, CA were built because of this. There and elsewhere, some apartment/condo developers worked with transit agencies from the beginning to get bus stops in front of their properties.
