Surely there will be a housing market impact. Now we know that the Tories will abolish stamp duty, will people hold off buying houses ahead of the next election knowing that if they wait they may not need to pay it?
A lesson for Badenoch. For every complex problem there is a simple answer - wrong!

What is the difference between painting houses and painting planes?
Between peaceful protests and violent protests where police are assaulted.
Between small silent protests holding up a placard and mob speeches that incite racial hatred and violence?

The difference is this poor sick Govt

Any conflict of interest there? About time Farage and the rest of the part time parliamentary benefits scroungers were made to work full time as MPs instead of concentrating on lining their own greedy pockets.

Are you listening Starmer?

Do something about them now.

Because it is true

Unlike Norway which has financial assets from their North Sea oil in the trillions, what happened to British or Scottish oil revenues?

Did we just give them away?

Why?

Who really benefited?

Never ever forget you are talking about the world's greatest deal maker (in his own mind)

Never forget the world's biggest supporter of the world's most atrocious genocidal butcher should receive the Nobel Peace Prize (in his own twisted mind)

Lest we forget

What are the odds of reforming the UN so it is effective in world politics?

Clearly a unified body that can be vetoed by a small number of key players "Security Council" has extremely limited influence and effectiveness when the important, principled decisions can be so easily nullified by so few.

How many senior politicians repeatedly fail to answer a simple question in English? Is it because they do not understand the question or lack the fluency to construct the answer?

So would they all fail Starmer's test for being fluent in English?

Racial profiling by a Labour Government?

Today's great idea. Let's take one of the worst practices, say stop and search, and develop it further so we can be seen to be oh so strong on immigration.

What's tomorrow's great wizz going to be? Rename Labour UKIP or Reform?
May 7, 2025 at 9:49 AM
In 2024 the people of UK thought they were electing a Labour Government promising "change"from the destructive right wing policies of successive Tory Govts.

Change is not the goal.

THE RIGHT CHANGE IS.

Deliver what the UK needs and voted for to be a great country.

What would happen if the USA was run by someone who really had been bankrupted 6 times and insisted on doing the same things over and over to the economy?

..... oh!
April 22, 2025 at 6:23 PM
Think it might depend on the type of president you elect in the future

... or should that be the House of None of the Ethics

The House of None of the Talents

.... but no welcome if you are coming to play golf at economy wrecker trump's courses. Avoid them at all costs - go to the many other great Scottish courses and just enjoy.

Oh dear. The broken record continues.

Interviewers should follow up the difficult decisions answer with:

"We know that Govt involves difficult decisions. Can you please explain the decision you took; what alternatives you discarded and why, including alternative ways of raising money"

10% is not getting off lightly. We are just getting battered a little less. If Starmer believes he is focused on doing the right thing for Britain, he should work harder at strengthening all the different links with EU that improves our trade, economy and security.
We cannot rely on unbalanced USA.
April 3, 2025 at 10:41 AM
Has there been any investigation into any financial links?

And importantly the foreign owned steel companies, with little or no stake in the future of the local community, will also retain the right to close them down or run them down by cutting investment to maximise profits
