Clearly current events put both Russia and USA in violation of article 1. If the Sec Gen disqulaifies their Veto vote for cause, this time we might have a chance to end the Veto. That would finally open the door to armed peacekeepers in Ukraine, Israel also for US Sanctions.

Agree because the Veto blocks all justice. Without the Veto we would have armed peacekeepers in Israel, Ukraine and a US sanctions similar to Russias.
