The SAT is imperfect, but has value in differentiating students.
That value declines to 0 by Thanksgiving of Freshman year.

Worth noting that there were loopholes that allow the rich to avoid taxes in 1960, just like there are now. Closing loopholes is even more important than higher rates to get billionaires to pay a fair share. Ending stepped up cost basis is #1.

I was in Times Square on NYE once, at 1:00 pm. That’s as close as I want to get to ball dropping g time. I had a few hours in the city before going to a great party at a friend’s in NJ.

If there’s a future for the carrier task force, it’s going to be well offshore and with the majority of personal devoted to defensive operations. But any nation that wants to project power at a distance will face the same issue.
