Today. We’re in Mexico City. Went to the museo de arte Moderna in CDMX. Our Uber driver recommended a Mexican Surrealist I didn’t know. Remedios Varo. I hope this small fact busts some stereotypes. This is one beautiful city, so much beauty.

Texas is approving the Bible for public schools. I am a non fascist xtian. Here is my heavily underlined Bible. I have read it and studied it in Greek and Hebrew. It does not belong in a Public School. Shame on these Christofascist politicians . www.nytimes.com/2024/11/19/u...

I wear a Stetson Open Road. Why? I’m too old to be a hipster. Every time someone says, I like your hat, I say, “Thanks , it’s a reminder that a Texan signed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Act of 1965. LBJ was more of a Texan than Greg Abbott or Ken Paxton will ever be. #nonfascistTexan
