There's a siren between my shop and my car park and I've been in the wrong place at the wrong time more than once

It certainly is. And it's given me such a lift. It's been a hard couple of years, losing my dad and watching my mum slide into dementia, but #SecretSantaAoNZ always reminds me that there are kind, caring and thoughtful people out there.

When mum went into care she had to give her hearing aids to a carer every evening for charging. Took her a while to get into the routine but one night she remembered and proudly handed them over - in a glass of water. Not sure what she did with the teeth that night.
