Asus wants to start producing ram sooo 🤞🤞

Hi Jeb, sorry for the question (and I know that it probably won't be answered) but any clue about the new cape discovered.
I just want to know, is it intentional or it's a mistake?
Feels a little bit wierd that a unique cape is given to only one (seemingly) random person.
