Greens use anger about the situation to evoke hope and action for real change, Reform use it to evoke fear and turkeys not realising they’re voting for Christmas

❤️ So at the moment I’m practising committing to the moment - this One Moment Of Forever.

💚 We only have one moment to live in, the here and now, and those moments when we’re able to be present are, in my experience, the richest moments, which I might remember forever, moments of deep contact with friends or nature or playing music, which can be magically outside of time and space….

🫖 Contemplating this I realised that as well as Fear Of Missing Out on all that stimulation, I have fear of missing out on ever really being with what’s in front of me - being present with myself and what and who is around me, watching and listening…..
