Gotta believe that the Bills must know (talking w/ agents, etc.) whether Kubiak wants the Bills gig or is leaning toward Raiders or staying in Seattle. So if the decision comes this week, we'll know that either (a) they didn't want him, or (b) he didn't want them.

IMO Payton made several questionable moves in that game: electing NOT to kick a FG in the 1st half to go up 10 when he knew that weather was coming AND then trying to kick a longish FG in the storm instead of going for it.
