Happy to announce the start of my 2025 Fakemon project!!! I'll be designing an entire pokedex of fakemon that reside in the Laken region, inspired by the Great Lakes region of North America!

This is a complete revamp of my 2023 fakemon project, all purely for fun! Stay tuned!

Convergent Pokémon can be found in the Laken region as well! Shucklin resembles Applin, but is an entirely unrelated species! Its split evolutions are also quite different from Flapple and Appletun!

Regional variants of Pokémon can be found in the Laken region as well! When a Spearow evolves in Laken, it becomes the Steel/Flying Laken form Fearow!
