“The Name of War” by Jill Lepore

Isaac Asimov's birthday was January 2nd, missed it by a little bit. Still, I figured I'd still note it.
He was a great man. I had the good fortune to have met him on several occasions when I was young. Can’t say we were friends, but we were friendly enough that he knew me by name. One of my heroes.

Just finished "These Truths: A History of the United States" by Jill Lepore. As everything I've read by her, it's excellent. Although I must say when she got into current events by the end of the book it was a bit sad (but that due to the reality).

I just finished Tony Robinson’s book “No Cunning Plan”.
He has an eye to eye way in how he presents his story that’s comfortable.
