I remember this being a HUGE joke in 2016. It being Russian might have helped.

as much as I also enjoy this

i enjoy that you can't actually link to the wikipedia page for Gutfeld! on bluesky because of the unnecessary forced emotive punctuation

although apparently there is some...THING called Gutfeld[exclamation point] that beat the shows Metaxas copied in ratings when it had Tucker Carlson as a lead-in and then was moved to a non-late night time slot, and maybe this was hoping to capitalize on that. Gutfeld! seems like a great guy

this is pretty stupid but it also isn't a new scheme, and unlike 2000s era flops An American Carol and The Half Hour News Hour that were designed to prevent Obama's election, and the 2010s atlas shrugged films, it didn't get distribution, so that is progress, possibly.

those boots might be excessive in size; anything beyond a basic two point viewing perspective from me ends up distorted but theoretically if i keep trying eventually i will grasp it better, but until then oversized objects toward the base of the image may have to be suffered

this development constitutes progress

don't see also, earlier this year when the photoshop i paid for in 2012 suddenly decided that i hadn't bsky.app/profile/bims... and the absolute only way to get it to work again was to cheat. I can't help feeling like drm-embracing companies are cheating much harder and winning much harder.
bimshwel.bsky.social
good old adobe. as of yesterday i suddenly have photoshop on too many devices, but also zero devices, so i now have the odd situation of having to crack something that i actually bought legitimately, admittedly in 2011 under a student discount that probably no longer exists or applies to me

i felt "bad" downloading bootleg skyrim, not wanting to buy it again, but at least that works, even if it is absolutely impossible to get patches for because STEAM and I was even able to get xbox saves to load. I could also run it on my own computer if i had time, even though steam itself refuses.

I worried that my dumb gzdoom project will be hackily difficult for anyone else to make use of unless i just send them the full game folder directly but that makes a heck of a lot more sense than this. I don't understand software that assumes I can use the internet.
bimshwel.bsky.social
there is supposedly a modification to remove the windows live dependency but the mod-installer vortex just dumps errors on me whenever i try to install one, and then the game itself acts like there aren't any, but the mod-makers assume i know how to install that stuff so don't explain how.
bimshwel.bsky.social
in fact i cannot even use the discs themselves since my sister, who is to use the game, has a computer which lacks a cd drive, so i had to make isos and put them on a usb flash object. but in addition to windows live ANOTHER discontinued horror called "securom" DEMANDS that i insert a disc. drm hell
bimshwel.bsky.social
my cousin unloaded fallout 3 discs on me a few years back, but trying it now, they demand a discontinued piece of horror called "games for windows live" to start but -every- tutorial about fixing problems assumes I have it on steam or is old enough that gfwl still exists. this is stupider than usual

Obvious viral marketing. Come on down to Rafa's Chicken! Give peace and law the cold shoulder with your very own ICE party! Stop by 4410 W 63rd Street before your next journey to an undisclosed location. You won't be able to indefinitely detain your excitement. You'll nazi anything else like it!

watchers are FLEEING IN DROVES after ARRIVING IN DROVES! Those that stayed behind are BRAINWASHED by the WOKE CULT of a guy who thinks male high school students that get sexually groomed by female teachers actually have it pretty good

I never greatly enjoyed Kimmel's shtick but it is funny to me that Fox News is now obligated to put out lame hit jobs like this. Ho ho ho! Americans are RUNNING SCARED from the OVERHYPED late night host so that he still has more viewers than before he crossed the Church of Kirk but NOT AS MANY!
