In terms of advertising Patreon clears imo. People's associations and expectations towards that website are different from Ko-Fi (where one would intuitively expect one-time stuff over memberships). I think Patreon has a different payout model where you can only withdraw past a certain sum?

Nothing rly speaks against either. More platforms means more people you can reach, if you can manage posting the rewards. Which honestly shouldn't be ultra difficult if you work with reminders and checklists imo.
