A few years before my dad passed away, he sat down at a piano in a recording studio and in one take made this album. I was so happy to upload it for him while he was still with us, and I am happy to see this notice today:

I’m a bit late but finally finished Bojack Horseman. I think if it had not been animated with silly animals and woven through with hilarious joked, it would have been just too sad. Gonna miss them all. Almost tempted to watch it again from the start

After several disastrous fails fermenting yogurt, and a fail trying to ferment cooked rice, dosa batter worked on the first try with the blended mush soaking 9 hours in a cool microwave with a cup of hot water to provide moist heated air

First attempt at hand made tortillas from masa. Pretty chaotic but delicious.
