Ok welp, clearly there is no point in engaging with you when you keep moving the line in the sand on who the law should apply to. You cannot pick and choose. My stance remains: EVERYONE’S legal protections must be enforced. That includes for citizens, (un)documented peers, and yes, serial killers.✌🏽

That’s not how it works. Please learn your rights. Ignorance empowers ICE to keep breaking laws. All US Citizens (including “serial killer veterans”) are entitled to their civil rights, regardless of whether or not their choices align with your morals. Blurring that line is dangerous.

1. It was an ICE raid not a police raid. ICE has no authority over US Citizens. He should never have been detained.
2. What does this have to do with his civil rights being violated?
3. He’s a veteran and a US Citizen. His job doesn’t change that. He can, in fact, “play” those cards.
