Cancer Research 5k Run 6/10. I don't believe I had enough to drink before today's run. Very low energy, plodded through. Thank you to all that have donated so far.

#Teams finds new ways to make your day more frustrating. Just recently it's stopped clearing the notification counter so I have many unread messages that I have actually read, this leads to missed new messages and Teams messaging becomes as useless as email! Lets go back to phone calls!
