Big congratulations to Cátia Gonçalves for successfully defending her PhD! 🎓
Her work focuses on understanding the venom systems of octopus and cuttlefish, including possible use in biomedicine.

Last week, our team member Mariana Luz presented the project for her thesis.
After doing her master thesis and working with us as a master fellow, Mariana is now starting her PhD with a grant from Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, studying imprinting defects in iPSCs.
