I wonder why we trust AF predicting intra-molecular interactions and not inter-molecular ones? We can always assume that two peptides come from the same polypeptide, right?

I always turn to Colabfold when possible, in my hands AF3 very often gives hallucinatory structures for oligomers.

But how long does that "memory" last?
