Oh, yeah I've noticed that about this appearance. As pepper seems to be more professional. I also noticed the suckered on her tentacles too. Thanks for noticing.

My guess is that it would be easier to see the stains on her clothes that can be easily cleaned off. That along with her having some notable changes to her body, like having her tentacles behind instead of the sides. Pepper also appears to be a bit chubbier than in her last reference sheet.
