In my house a napkin is made from cloth or paper and is big enough to cover the lap. A serviette is much smaller and is used to serve drinks or food when you're standing.

While this is horrific, this sort of thing is not limited to one sexuality. It's across the whole spectrum of society. It's disgusting, perverted and criminal no matter who does it and the legal system needs to deal with it in the harshest manner.
