In an act of escapism from the pervading darkness, I stumbled across this delightful 1987 film starring Anne Bancroft, Anthony Hopkins, and Judi Dench. It centers around a second-hand London bookshop during the 50s-60s. If you recall pen pals, I highly recommend this. Now to hunt down the book!
