Okay last note but maybe the biggest bother is the implication that fascists are better or superior because they have taken over fitness culture and supposedly work out a lot. This is a fascist myth, and playing into it fails to challenge fascism ideologically.

Also fighting fascism without fighting capitalism, including the highly lucrative fitness and wellness and private health industries and challenging their cultural hegemony and imperialist monopolization, is a fools game and fails to challenge fascism as a movement.

Like yes, fitness is good and healthy, because it maintains your body and improves health outcomes which any person needs, including those with desires to fight fascists. You are deeply misguided if you think resistance training and fitness makes you ready in a real fight.

"But in an actual fight it matters" if anything it matters deeply less because an actual fight has no rules and you're better off learning to protect yourself and attack vulnerable points, not try to arm wrestle or outlift someone who probably has a gun.

The vast majority of practical skills people want to achieve in this movement would be accomplished through cardio, moreso than resistance training. Or taking actual self defence classes and whatnot. The idea that strength is an advantage in a fight is TERF nonsense that bans trans women from sports

The norm for working out should be about achieving one's health goals, ie reducing or eliminating health risks and managing chronic conditions. Trying to be big and swole is just rebranding corporate advertising schemes, and fails to challenge capitalism and the free market.

The whole "let's be more swole/stronger/bigger than fascists" thing sounds nice on paper, until you have to remember that working out to get big and strong is not an ideal nor achievable goal for every body, and is mostly proliferated by the fitness industry to sell products and supplements.

That sounds like a drag name.
