It’s been relentless. The amount of money being spent on social media bots to magnify this message is blowing my mind, I have spend half an hour pressing ‘not interested’ to try and get my algorithm back to normal

Yeah I agree he has. Much worse. But what I’m saying is that this isn’t drawing outrage as a stand alone post. He has just been amping up his tacit approval of RWNJ honour killings (on his behalf) and this will only encourage them to do more.

The sub context is important. He posted this thinking it was one of his deranged supporters who killed them. He posted it almost gleefully, like he’s collecting scalps. He’s happy that people are killing anyone who speaks against him. That’s the scary part.

I worked with many ex-military, Republican colleagues and I was at a show in San Diego when Admiral Lisa Franchetti walked by and they all talked about how amazing she was. Hegseth fired her on his first day - because DEI. And how about Admiral Lisa Fagan being evicted and Kristi Noem moving in?

Thanks for that very civilised reply. (It’s why I like this platform). We are in a state of shock right now because we don’t do mass shootings so we have never included them in our contingency planning. And I for one immediately thought of Uvalde and how gutless those officers seemed in comparison.
