I don't think Compass alone has a cost problem, it's pretty affordable. Atlassian’s migration path splits Opsgenie into Jira Service Management and Compass, so some users might need multiple licenses (e.g., Jira Software + JSM). Achieving feature parity may involve adopting JSM, Compass, or both.
