That makes complete sense. Thanks! It’s true that any framework is just that, a loose frame or guide, not a hard and fast rule. I could see it being difficult to find something from a macro approach to engagement that would work well at an individual level. My wife is a counseling psychologist and

Hi Jillian. I'm new to Bluesky and found your posts interesting. I spent time in local gov, applying IAP2, and now am back in (U.S.) federal consulting, looking for ways to improve stakeholder engagement at that level. I am curious what you've found most useful in transcending IAP2 spectrum. Thanks!
