It's worse than that b/c a large number of citizens were kept from voting due to bomb threats being called in at Several voting places in (surprise!) swing states.

Hoax bomb threats made to dozens of polling locations in swing states
No bombs were found, and disruptions to voting were minimal. The FBI said threats made in Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Arizona came from Russian email domains.
