Experiment and get it right in a couple of districts first, then roll it out everywhere, especially in swing districts. Don’t rely on digital. Mail and radio rule in some of these places. Focus group first for messaging.

Get a barely used GM or Ford EV - used is less resource-intensive than new, new cars lose 20% of their value when you drive them off the lot, and they are not Tesla. I’m very happy with my 2023 Mach-E.
