Oh yeah I know and I doubt movie 3 will take as long but I'm just worried that having such a long wait will create too high of expectations. And it's just crazy to me that if movie 3 does take the same amount of time then by the time it comes out, movie 1 will be a decade old

I wasn't there for the first two years of it but a five year gap between movies in a trilogy is kinda wild.

tbh I'm a little worried that people will be kinda disappointed in this movie with such a long wait because I think book 2 is by far the weakest in the light novels

I don't think Mirai's role in Zeta particularly bothers me. I wouldn't even want the whole 0079 cast to have major roles. I think it's ok if a few are just cameos.

I more just think it's wild that when we see her again 6 years later in-universe in CCA she's still just doing the exact same thing
