literally one of the newest voice actors for a newer character got flamed for 1 stale read of a voiceline or something.. i dont play w the eng va on but apparently it was enough that people hating hard on the voice actor for it and also bc theyre trans :') they ended up fixing the line later LMFAO.

its more infuriating when there are people w genuine problems/critiques w dt and yet this is the only thing most people are talking about LOL. god i hate it here and i hate the futuristic slop of glams weve been getting bro... i want out of dt too, but NOT for the same reasons other ppl are💀

sorry to ramble, i just think the candid and normal "mistakes" or "errors" we make and see in our own art is okay and part of the process. its okay to see/notice them, but dont beat yourself up about them. its kinda what gives an art piece its character..🤍

like, youll always be able to pick your own art apart (like no one else will) and i think it gives me my own peace of mind to think, "well, yes, that tiny line to the left wasnt my intention, but i think it adds character" instead of "oh my god look at how many mistakes i made"🥺

anyways ty for coming to my tedtalk, i love varric and i think the star crossed lovers dynamic him and hawke have/had is really cool. although they never ended up together its one of those 'maybe in another life' situations w angst that got me right in the heart the more i thought about it!!! 😔💔
