Get the ends trimmed every few months too. At least 3 times a year even if you only get like 1 inch off long hair YMMV

Biotin, collagen, you can pick them up at a pharmacy. I dont take them because my hair is pretty soft as is also i work in a lab that requires hair nets 😅😅
