Ironically I play Thousand Sons and Tyranids in 40k, and Skaven in Age of Sigmar (Ok I play Salamanders in Horus Heresy, I had to get my "Champion of the Helpless" fix somewhere lol)

I had to do some research to see if they are state run cause a lot of the stores around me have like the Ohio Liquor Control Board logo on or as their sign. In my experience, the ones that have the OHLQ logo are usually the best, have the biggest selection of different stuff

Stores can sell low-proof drinks in OH where I live, but anything above 21% ABV is managed by OH Liquor Control, the stores are technically privately owned but OHLQ like completely controls the inventory and divvies it up between the various locations, so it might as well be state run
