Trying to start a biz with #adhd can feel overwhelming bc of how many ideas you can come up with.
The jam study showed us that more choice leads to less action. You need to reduce down the list as much as possible so making a choice becomes easier.

#adhd has been a major culprit of poor sleep for me. Recently I started using Todoist to capture any and all thoughts that always seem to be floating around. My sleep has dramatically improved since. I picked Todoist bec I can do Siri voice commands as many thoughts hit me while driving.

Starting a business with #ADHD is like going to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. There are 147 ideas to choose from and overwhelm kicks in and I hope the Bills win this weekend and that reminds me that I think I’m still paying for Paramount+ even though I don’t watch it anymore.
