How would a foreign government “pay the IS”? That is illegal and the government isn’t set up to accept or process payments from foreign countries. What a liar and thief. (Liar ‘n Thief, not Commander in Chief). Maybe they will give Trump a plane. A baby can never have too many! Compensate much??
