Trans people centered themselves in a trans case before a very not trans court
Not only was Chase Strangio arguing, but trans plaintiffs were in the courtroom, as were many other trans people: lawyers, journalists, observers. It matters.

So, tons of businesses rely on undocumented workers. Why aren’t the owners arrested for hiring them? Are we just supposed to pretend it’s the workers’ fault they don’t have legal status so they can stay afraid and underpaid?
