Consider all the nerdy, creepy rich guys who likely went to Epstein island and then consider Epstein’s “nope I’m good” to Elon. Absolutely hilarious.

I think the thing that drives Trump most nuts is there are GA GOP leaders that keep him at arms’ length and are still successful. These leaders are still Replacement Theory level racists that despise female autonomy so we shouldn’t celebrate too much, but they do annoy Trump.

Go get ‘em Jon! Also don’t let the caucus accept a handful of magic beans like body cams and training - we need hard restrictions on the ability to operate. Including needing a warrant to grant them access to their crazy battle gear. And absolutely no rights to do their own crowd control.

I imagine some of the kids aren’t thrilled about their parents getting abducted either, but you know we don’t all get what we want in life.

But also a sign that even the admin sees them not as simple deportation facilitators, but as a personal Stasi / Pretorian Guard.

“Why did we make officers put their lives on the line for this guy? Look at him. Never lifted anything heavier than a book his whole life. Never wore a uniform. All he does is get on his phone and yell at people doing the work.”

And also how much higher the *motivation* gets for learning, I think especially in men. Your class clown at 16 wished he’d have had more learning (or at least certification) when he hits the wall economically at 26.

Fuck, Greg, that’s not even close to accurate. By “growing number press” I think you mean the number went from 0 to a handful doing their best Susan Collins “I am performing concern for this thing I 100% support” face.

If anyone reading this wants to sponsor journalism, the Georgia Recorder exists.

Also applies to anyone that pointed out that Trump’s position on immigration wasn’t a magic wand to make public environments less brown but in fact a campaign of sustained brutality.

I should also say that while not all Dems are acting with the needed urgency, many are. The problem in the legislature is the caucus is too small. State AGs and governors have been fighting all year with a variety of tools. But we also see now just how dangerous the Presidency is in the wrong hands.

The answer to “who could have seen this coming?” is so often one who sat down and did the math, then is ridiculed by a chorus of those who didn’t bother or psychically can’t handle the ramifications, then has these predictions forgotten as the thing becomes too real to ignore.

This whole thing strikes me as Reconstruction in reverse, sending Federal forces to ensure we never try a free and equitable society again. “Deconstruction” if you will.

Congresswoman - if you can get through to your Senate colleagues… ICE is not a neutral immigration police force it is a weapon aimed at blue cities. Funding ICE is like mailing checks to Pinkertons while they are beating the shit out of labor organizers. It’s suicide for the Party.

Feeling generous, I could say they worry about same effect as after George Floyd. A lot of poll dials turned in favor of social justice only to snap back a few months later as the baseline soft racism crept back in. Of course, you could use ads to remind people at election time of this insanity.

Daddy *business* party. The party of crunch time, tightening belts, etc. because that’s what successful business leaders do right? Only weaklings and betas want to actually nurture and grow their staffs.
