@gtconway.bsky.social the whole Elon debacle always reminded me of the story which Kasich used to tell, of Jr calling and asking if he’d be VP, only doing the whole job, because DJT had no actual interest in doing the job. Only, Kasich has a brain that isn’t soaked in ketamine & X, so he declined.
