I recall Bessent being considered one of the more (few!) reasonable Drumpf appointments. He's turned out to be every bit as sycophantic as the rest of this administration. It's sickening, but it just goes to prove: Everything Trump Touches Dies. #ETTD

Yes. The cruelty exhibited by this administration is staggering. Almost worse, a large portion of their MAGAt base is just fine with that. How does the country get past that?

Didn't WWII pretty convincingly prove that battleships had become anachronistic in view of the rise of airpower? We now have smaller vessels designed to minimize their radar signatures, but Drumpf has branded them ugly. Our adversaries can't be too far behind us on current anti-ship missile tech.

Exactly what I said 12 hours ago. It had to take something extraordinary for Admiral Holsey to tender his resignation after less than a year on a very plumb job. This is it. Kegsbreath needs to go down (and face charges).
