I’m a retired teacher and mother of 2 who had been exposed to chicken pox multiple times by students and my own kids but never had chicken pox. My dr said that was enough exposure to get the virus. I’d love it if the vax helped prevent Alzheimer’s also. I was just letting you know to be careful

I thought I was not at risk either since I had never had it even tho I had been exposed many times, surprise I still got shingles. It’s not fun take the shot.

I understand, my 2 were born on the same date 12 months apart. Take it one step, one day at a time, rest when you can and remember crying is ok. You will get through it!
