Honestly after that whole debacle my impression of Jack Black has gone from goofy (affectionate) to goofy (derogatory) like he hasn't really changed much but his persona only really works if you're also actually a good person

I am younger than you so I've always had the sense that masculinity was kind of this vague thing one could invoke to get people to fall in line (i.e its shameful for girls to act "like a man, and for boys not to) and what that line was to be ambiguous
