Your response is grow up rather than to site one case that supports your claim qualified immunity would apply when agents break a window and enter someone’s closed business without a warrant in violation of the 4A? Sounds like what you want is for masked agents to do the same to you.

It begs the question who did actually present the case? A new attorney unfamiliar with criminal prosecution and procedure like Lindsey Halligan? And will this case survive a motion to dismiss

Time to impeach Noem for sanctioning ICE agents violating the Fourth Amendment directly contradicting the law, DHS’s own written policies and training.

Indeed. He wasn’t in fear for his life when he fired shots 2 to 4. He had moved to the driver side of her vehicle and fired 3 shots through her open driver’s side window as she was driving away.

While I would welcome the day where ICE agents following unlawful orders are held accountable, the fact remains that Trump can issue a preemptive pardon and there will be no accountability.
