I would have assumed the sea and salt water to be incredibly hostile to battery powered craft. The waterproof, and corrosion proof sealing around the packs must be hard core

I think this is a bit harsh. It was a flippant comment but I don't think he's ever done anything to diminish the issues surrounding Adams (unless I've missed something)

Thinking they can just get away with stuff, sit it out for a bit and just come back as if nothing happened. It's not an option usually available to the rest of us, and we should demand better

Yeah there are far worse cases.. although she was at best grossly negligent to ignore that advice. That's not really the point though If she was a Tory we'd be rightly outraged if she came back, we should hold our side to the same (or a higher) standard. Fundamentally I just don't want politicians

She didnt receive the wrong advice she was advised specifically that she should seek specialist tax advice, which she chose not to do. In so doing she ended up evading 40k of stamp duty. I'm not anti Rayner, but that is a very serious error.

She's clearly the frequent victim of misogyny and of snobbery. But ultimately she made an astonishing decision and did evade 40k of tax. That is not something any politician should be able to come back from. It says something terrible about our politics that it's even conceivable

People just don't use AI right at all.... I've used Gemini pro today to help me decide to become a Grasshopper Zurich fan. These are things that were impossible mere years ago

Do they realise MOTs are not annual? Or are they now suggesting specific annual mileage checks, which no doubt will absolutely overwhelm the system. These are not serious people. I lease an EV and I will hand it back before it even has an MOT - do I get to swerve the tax?

Is that the actual plan? I've been wondering how they were planning on doing it... That's utterly bonkers We've also got HMRC taxing the life out of any tiny amount of cash that sit in people's S&S ISA too... A sure fire way to encourage first time investment.. well done geniuses
